Ten minutes a day: building an AI habit that sticks
Skip the hundred-tool lists. A small daily routine teaches you more about AI than any course, and it compounds quickly.

People who get the most from AI are rarely the ones who tried the most tools. They are the ones who used one or two every day until it became second nature. Here is a routine that takes ten minutes.
Minutes 1 to 3: hand over one real task
Pick something you were going to do anyway: an email reply, a summary, a plan for the day. Give it to your assistant with the real context and see what comes back.
Minutes 4 to 7: improve it together
Do not accept or reject the first answer. Say what to change, ask why it chose something, and push for a better version. This is where you learn how the model thinks.
Minutes 8 to 10: write down one lesson
Keep a short note of what worked: a phrasing, a kind of task it handled well, a mistake to watch for. After a month you will have a personal playbook nobody else has.
Consistency beats intensity. Ten minutes a day is a skill. Two hours once is a demo.
Widen slowly
Once the daily task feels easy, add a second kind: research, data, images. Our daily digest is designed to fit in the same ten minutes and point you at one thing worth trying.
